Everyone was very pleasant. The location was great, close to a tram stop, the view was exceptionally good, too. What's more, it was really close to tram stops and a supermarket, the center of the city, and tram stations.

We got a brand-new room with a magnificent view over city. Hotel's location was comfortable, by public transport-station around the corner-tram 1.

Didn't like the area, it was just ok.

The room was spacious and fairly quiet, provided us with balcony, it was an incredible stay all in all. The location couldn't be more marvellous and comfortable close to public transport.

The staff was super cool and always there to help. The room was sick, with everything we needed and more. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the location was rad, with easy access to public transport and supermarkets. And the game room was the bomb, with billiards and other fun stuff to keep us entertained!

The only thing we'd ask for is a better party vibe. It would be awesome if the hotel had a rooftop bar or some cool hangout spots for young people like us.

I recently stayed at Citadines and had a wonderful 5-day experience. The staff were kind and always helpful, and the lobby lounge was a great place to relax. The room was beautifully clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful details like a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the free coffee in the lobby and the convenient tram stop behind the hotel, which made exploring the city a breeze. an excellent stay!

The location was good, close to a tram station, so it was really easy to travel around. I booked modern beautiful room with balcony. A microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator where very handy.

Its staff are very pleasant, I appreciated it.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The staff here are incredibly kind and always willing to help. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need, including an iron and ironing board. I particularly loved the balcony, which provided a lovely view. The hotel's location near the tram stop makes it very convenient for exploring the city.

We have booked a double room for 1 night, everything was very good, it had central heating, a private safe and a flat-screen TV. Location: the hotel was just next door to public transport, Muller… and a tram stop. And it's at walking distance from Mursteinerei, ate there once or twice.

Just ok area.

The location was perfect, with the tram station just a stone's throw away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the little touches like the tea and coffee facilities and the free Wi-Fi, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was very impressed with the quality of service and the amenities provided.
